Yuanwei Xu is a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University in Dr. Hui Zhang’s lab, where she builds spatial proteomics and PTM-based tools to help unlock new cancer biomarkers. She earned her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Peking University, an M.S.E. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics, and a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. When she’s not in the lab, you’ll probably find her out doing nature photography or tracking down something delicious to eat.
