Dr. Liu obtained his B.S. in Life Science in 2018 and his Ph.D. in Biology in 2023, both from Tsinghua University. In September 2023, he joined the lab of Dr. Hui Zhang in the Department of Pathology at The Johns Hopkins University as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow. His current research interests include mass spectrometry, proteomics, glycoproteomics, phosphoproteomics, ubiquitination proteomics, and immunopeptidomics. In addition, Dr. Liu is involved in the Clinical Proteomics Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), where he serves as the data generation leader for the prostate cancer project.
